Shipping policy

This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

Processing time: 
100% of orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.  All orders are shipped from our warehouse at 9984 Scripps Ranch Blvd #613 San Diego, CA 92131!

Shipping time: 
Standard Shipping: We usually deliver orders within 5-8 business days. (MONDAY - FRIDAY)* (in regular seasons). 

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline +1 858-997-0056 or emailing support@kitchen-star.com

Delivery Costs: 

We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States*

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

We use USPS for deliveries.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

BANK HOLIDAYS
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
